Safeguarding fishing interests on the river Usk
The UUFA is an independant Association representing riparian owners, clubs, associations, organisations and all persons interested in the preservation of Fishing on the River Usk and its Tributaries.
The Officers and Committee represent our members on every official body that governs local legislation and the well being of our beautiful riverine ecology.
This interesting presentation made by the Wye and Usk Foundation at their Annual Meeting in October last year focuses on why we experienced such low salmon numbers last season and how our river is performing. Whilst there is information in this presentation that relates to the River Wye, it is still interesting to see how our river is performing.
The British Trust for Ormithology have 2 very useful birdfacts sections on both Cormorants and Goosanders on their website. Click here to see the birdfacts.

New FEB Information section added to the website for member only access.
This summary documents the key issues relating to FEB licensing and also provides pointers to primary sources of basic information.
